Haines One is a trading name of Haines One Corp Pty Ltd (ABN 54 679 014 941). This policy explains how we handle personal information about visitors to this website, people who ask us for a demo or book a call, and our clients' contacts.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, website or social links, and anything you write in a form.
• Public business information: details a business publishes about itself (like its website, business phone and email, and social pages), which we use to prepare demos and contact businesses about our services.
• Demo activity: when a demo we built for your business is opened, and which pages are viewed.

How we use it

• To build your demo, respond to you, book calls and provide our services.
• To send you information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or at haines.one/unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information or share it for anyone else's marketing. We use service providers to run our systems, such as database hosting (stored in Sydney, Australia), website hosting, and email delivery. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia.

Your clients' data

When we build or run a system for a client, their customer data belongs to them. We only handle it to provide the service, it's stored in a database that is theirs alone, and it goes with them if they leave.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing letsgo@haines.one. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
